Delete your Platform Next account
This page explains how to delete your account for Platform Next, the VPN app published by Platform Next. You can delete it yourself in the app or on the web. You do not need to install the app to delete your account.

Cancel your subscription first
Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription bought through the App Store or Google Play. Cancel it in your store account settings first, or billing continues after the account is gone.
In the app
- 1Open Platform Next and sign in.
- 2Go to the Account tab.
- 3Choose Delete account and confirm.
Takes effect immediately.
On the web
- 1Open platformnext.dev/#/utilities
- 2Sign in with your account.
- 3Choose Delete account and confirm.
Takes effect immediately. No app install needed.
If you cannot sign in
Email [email protected] from the address registered to the account, with the subject "Delete my account". We ask you to send it from that address so we can be sure the request is yours. We reply within 14 working days.
What happens to your data

Automatic deletion
Accounts with no sign-in for 90 days are deleted automatically, on the same terms as above.
Deletion is permanent. We cannot restore an account or its subscription once it has been deleted.
